ARTICLES AND TIPS: HONEYMOON TRENDS
Here are some emerging trends on honeymoon travel that is all the rage.
GREEN HONEYMOONS: Make minimal impact on the surroundings. Resorts such as Fiji’s Turtle Island, limits visitors to just 14 couples at a time to ensure the island’s preservation and Machaca Hill Lodge on Belize which is located within an 11,000-acre nature preserve, uses less than 25 percent of the resort by visitors.
FOODIE TRIPS: Foodie honeymooners can go to high-end resorts partnered with celebrity chefs. Try Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill in The Atlantis in the Bahamas or Eric Ripert’s Blue in the Ritz-Carlton in Grand Cayman.
ISLAND HOPPING: Why stay in one island when you can do more? Book successive nights on 2 or 3 neighboring islands to get a taste of each. Try these combos: Mykonos/Santorini/Crete or St. Maarten/St. Barths/Anguilla.

CITY HOPPING: Instead of just passing through a major city on the way to your destination, why not spend a day or 2 there and experience a sampling of their shopping, dining, and entertaining offerings. Think cities such as Singapore or Dubai.
