TAXES

For all orders delivered to NJ, a 7% sales tax will be applied to the merchandise total.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear in this site. However, actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

The following items cannot be returned:
Sale Items
All Jewelry items (including hair accessories)
Personalized and Custom Made Products

Please contact us (support@estiloweddings.com) before returning any product.  Any unopened item in its original packaging not listed above can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the original invoice emailed to you at the time of the purchase. We issue refunds within 5 business days of receiving a return. Please use an insured, traceable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for damages incurred on the trip back to us. Return shipping costs and original shipping costs are not refunded unless there is an error on our part.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We ship our products through UPS.  Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our store for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, and delivering them to you.

Unfortunately, as transportation costs continue to rise, we have no choice but to pass along some of the costs to our customers.  We hope you understand.

Continental US shipping rates:
up to $49.99 = $4.99 

$50.00 to $99.99 = $7.99 
$100.00 to $199.99 = $9.99
Over $200 = free

Canada orders:  Add $10 to US shipping rates

DELIVERING & PROCESSING

We currently only ship within the Continental U.S and Canada. Most purchases are shipped within 5 business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Please make sure to refer to the Item Availability section in the item’s Product Page before ordering.

If something is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours. Feel free to contact us prior to placing an order for exact ship dates.
